PlotEdit

A delicate balance exists between the human and Pokémon worlds, two separate dimensions that, while symbions, must never come into contact with each other, lest both worlds be destroyed. Flowing throughout the human and Pokémon worlds are the Rivers of Life, the energy currents through which new life emerges into the physical world and the souls of the deceased travel to the afterlife. One fateful day, a power surge in the Rivers of Life upsets the balance between the human and Pokémon worlds, and a human is accidentaly transported to the Pokémon world in the chaos and transformed into the mythical Bedlam Pokémon, Abzolugon. Desperate to return home, Abzolugon departs on a quest that leads him to discover the place from which the Rivers of Life flow, the realm of the legendary three Sisters of Fate (Clothatia, Lachevita, and Atropotema). Abzolugon demands that the three sisters grant him the use of the power of the Rivers of Life so that he may go back to where he truly belongs. Fearful that allowing this stranger to do as he wishes could bring more pain and suffering to humans and Pokémon alike, however, the trio refuses. Abzolugon is enraged and, determined to achieve his goal, he attacks Clothatia, Lachevita, and Atropotema. Defeating the three Sisters of Fate with ease in their futile attempt to stop him, Abzolugon attempts to absorb the power of the Rivers of Life, only to be corrupted by it. The Bedlam Pokémon loses his sense of humanity and becomes a monster who knows only destruction. He goes on a blind rampage, nearly destroying the Pokémon world (and the human world through it). However, the final prayers of desperation made by the three Sisters of Fate reach three brothers of pure heart, coincidentally Abzolugon's sons, in the human world. The three brothers enter the Pokémon world of their own free will to rescue Clothatia, Lachevita, and Atropotema; once there, they assume the forms of Impertogon, Palisaegon, and Exsonigon, legendary Pokémon who specialize in offense, defense, and speed, respectively. The three brothers end up giving their lives to destroy their father and restore order to the Rivers of Life; they go down in history as heroes, as well as the first in a long line of Pokémon Guardians.

Several years later, the three Sisters of Fate receive a vision that states Abzolugon is destined to return once again, more powerful than ever before. Since Pokémon proved ineffective at damaging him in the past, the sisters use their psychic powers to summon yet another human to the Pokémon world. This human, their Chosen One, is transformed into a Pokémon as Abzolugon and his sons had been long ago, and in a beautiful utopia called Pokémon Kingdom, he befriends and teams up with another Pokémon; both become Pokémon Guardians, those revered as heroes and protectors throughout the land.

CharactersEdit

Playable charactersEdit

Non-playable charactersEdit

  • Clothatia - The youngest of the legendary three Sisters of Fate. Deviously cunning, she guards the Rivers of Life with her kin, overseeing the events that transpire in the human and Pokémon worlds. It was her ability to see into the past that gave a human she and her sisters had summoned to the Pokémon world to stop the evil Abzolugon's return the information he needed to fulfill his destiny.
  • Lachevita - The second-eldest of the legendary three Sisters of Fate. Kind and compassionate, she guards the Rivers of Life with her kin, overseeing the events that transpire in the human and Pokémon worlds. While her domain of vision only reaches the present, she watches over the human she and her sisters summoned to the Pokémon world to stop the evil Abzolugon's return as he embarks on a quest to fulfill his destiny.
  • Atropotema - The eldest of the legendary three Sisters of Fate. Cold and unfeeling, she guards the Rivers of Life with her kin, overseeing the events that transpire in the human and Pokémon worlds. It was her ability to see into the future that alerted the three Sisters of Fate to the return of Abzolugon. To counter this threat, Atropotema and her sisters combined their psychic powers to summon yet another human to the Pokémon world, since Abzolugon was once human in the distant past and can only be destroyed once and for all by one of his own kind.
  • Impertogon - The Soldier of the Sword and one of a trio of human brothers who entered the Pokémon world long ago of his own free will to rescue his father, who vanished myysteriously from the human world. When he discovered that his father had been corrupted by a strange power and there was no hope left for him, the brother that had become Impertogon gave his life in order to stop him. Now that Impertogon's father is destined to return, it is up to a newly-summoned human and his Pokémon partner to resurrect Impertogon in hopes that the legendary Pokémon will lend them his power.
  • Palisaegon - The Soldier of the Shield and one of a trio of human brothers who entered the Pokémon world long ago of his own free will to rescue his father, who vanished myysteriously from the human world. When he discovered that his father had been corrupted by a strange power and there was no hope left for him, the brother that had become Palisaegon gave his life in order to stop him. Now that Palisaegon's father is destined to return, it is up to a newly-summoned human and his Pokémon partner to resurrect Palisaegon in hopes that the legendary Pokémon will lend them his power.
  • Exsonigon - The Soldier of Speed and one of a trio of human brothers who entered the Pokémon world long ago of his own free will to rescue his father, who vanished mysteriously from the human world. When he discovered that his father had been corrupted by a strange power and there was no hope left for him, the brother that had become Exsonigon gave his life in order to stop him. Now that Exsonigon's father is destined to return, it is up to a newly-summoned human and his Pokémon partner to resurrect Exsonigon in hopes that the legendary Pokémon will lend them his power.
  • Abzolugon - The main antagonist of the game, and the first human to have ever been summoned to the Pokémon world by the three Sisters of Fate, albeit accidentally. While he was thought to have been destroyed by his sons long ago, he is destined to return once again, more powerful than ever before. He once attempted to use the Rivers of Life to seize control over both the Pokémon and human worlds, but now he seeks to corrupt the Rivers of Life as he had been corrupted long ago, effectively destroying both worlds.
